2) Private Rustic Cottages (sleeps up to 2 people): A private cottage for 1-2 people. Each guest is required to purchase a weekend pass. All the beds can be King or 2 twin size beds. Please bring your own bedding and pillows. There is electricity, 17,000 BTU air conditioning, ceiling fan. and bathrooms/showers are shared within nearby cabin clusters.

Yes, the Weekend Warrior pass grants you access to the event from Saturday through Monday only.

For those that plan to drive, we encourage you to carpool to the gathering to help make for an easeful parking situation and because it will have the least impact on the land.

Airports

The closest commercial airport is Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport (AVP), located about 1 hour and 15 minutes away. Greater Binghamton Airport (BGM) in New York is also close at roughly 1 hour and 7 minutes away, while Newark Liberty International (EWR) is about 2 hours and 35 minutes away.

Whether you are driving to the land or arriving by shuttle bus, all guests will first arrive at the check-in station located under a canopy tent.

Our rockstar team will welcome you, check you in, provide your wristband, and share directions to your accommodations.

Absolutely! We welcome kids under 12 years old to join us.

*Kids under 12 years old are free! Please include the parent/guardian’s name and number when adding the kids ticket to your order.

The campground has a strict no dogs or pets policy.

All sales are final. However, you can resell your ticket to someone else and transfer it via Viewcy.

You can transfer your ticket on Viewcy in a few ways:

From your confirmation email: Open the email, click “View Ticket on Web,” then select “Transfer Ticket” below the QR code. Enter your friend’s name and email, and confirm the transfer.

From your Viewcy account: Log in, go to “Tickets & Subscriptions,” pick the ticket, and use the “Transfer Ticket” option.

In the Viewcy app: Tap “My Tickets,” select the ticket, and tap “Transfer Ticket.”

Once you transfer, you lose access to the ticket, and your friend gets an email with it. Double-check their details before sending, since transfers are usually irreversible.

Yes, you can camp next to your car.

Yes, you can bring your RV or camper. Please make sure to purchase an RV or camper parking pass. There are electrical hookups; however, there are no grey water services available onsite for RVs or campers. Please note that RVs or campers will be permitted to enter the main parking lot and must remain parked at their designated spot.

Do not camp in unauthorized areas. Campgrounds are clearly delineated. Do not camp on the main field

No open flames, (other than in pre-existing hearths) No coals or fire dancing in the campground

Propane or butane stoves only. No open fires.

No amplified sound in the campgrounds.

Pack it in / Pack it out and leave it better than you found it!

Please be mindful that this is a family event.

Play nice with everyone around your camp area and in the festival grounds.

Your respect of these rules allows us to continue to offer this experience in the future.

A medic team will be available but you are responsible for taking good care of yourself.

No pets allowed due to campgrounds regulations–something we are deeply sad about.

VEHICLES / RVS People-powered vehicles such as bicycles, non-motored scooters and kid wagons are welcome. Car camping is allowed at Moonrise Valley. Cars are not allowed on the main field and may not be driven onsite during the event.  There are electrical hookups, yet there are no grey water services available for RVs.

ATMS There are no ATMs at the venue. Vendors may or may not accept credit cards. Please bring enough cash to enjoy all the incredible hand crafted art and food artisans.

DRINKING WATER Stay hydrated! There is FREE potable drinking water throughout the venue. Bring your own water container to refill regularly at the water stations.

SHOWERS Showers will be available on site.

CIGARETTES Cigarette butts cause fires and trash. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. Always put your butts out and NEVER throw them on the ground. Let’s show this land how much we respect it!

CAMP STOVES AND GRILLS Enclosed propane grills are acceptable in the camping areas but NO open flame or charcoal grills will be allowed. Please use extreme caution and be responsible. Always make sure your stove is in an area that is clear of dry grass and brush, and never leave a stove unattended while it is burning. If you are using a camp stove, make sure you bring along a fire extinguisher and have it properly placed where everyone can access it.

CAMPFIRES Unfortunately due to the sensitivity of the land and the severity of flying embers we can not allow open fires anywhere at the festival, except in the existing fire pits. Never leave a fire unattended. Leaving a fire unattended at best, will result in losing fire privileges for your camp.

WASTE REDUCTION, RECYCLING & COMPOST (TRASH) Pack it in and pack it out. Please be sure to clean up your campsite thoroughly before departing the festival. Leave no trace! (if you bring it, take it with you when you leave). Keep It Clean! Our awesome Green Team will be available for questions and to help guide you to recycling areas. If you see a plastic wrapper or any other pieces of litter, help us keep this beautiful land clean! Pick it up and throw it out! We will be composting. Minimize your impact on the land by not bringing any unnecessary packaging or other waste onto the land.

MEDICAL We will have a medical team on site. Look for the medic sign and medic shirts. The infirmary is located to the left of the Hive Building.

COMMUNICATION There is cell phone reception on site for most providers, but do yourself a favor and put it away. No cell phones in the ceremonial area.

FIRE SPINNING Permitted in designated areas only and with the permission of the fire crew. Please do not light up in the field, as there is dry grass that can easily catch fire. Check in with the fire safety coordinator

SHOES Be sure to bring a pair of good walking shoes or a pair or light hiking boots for maneuvering through the festival at night.
